Henry Charles JOHANSMEIER, former resident of Jefferson County, died today in Ottumwa. Bur. Batavia.

Born Feb. 26, 1875, in Des Moines County, son of the late Charles and Mary BREWER JOHANSMEIER; married June 19, 1907, Caroline ANDERSON.

Survived by his wife and three daughters; Mrs. Clara HORST, Rock Island; Mrs. Alice HUMBLE, Batavia; Mrs. Minnie JEFFREY, Runnells, Iowa; also two sons, Edward, Grand Junction, Colo., and Ernest, Ottumwa; 13 grandchildren, 8 grgrchn; one sister, Mary JOHANSMEIER, Winfield, Iowa; three brothers, Chris, Morning Sun; Gus, Mt. Pleasant, and William, McMullen, Tex....
