Word has been received here by Earl FORNEY and Helen RAINS of the death of their aunt, Mrs. Madge COOK who died at Hot Springs, Ark. She was daughter of Benjamin & Catherine McCLEARY EVANS.

Born on the Benjamin McCLEARY homestead n.w. of Libertyville Dec. 6, 1884. On Apr. 19, 1913, she married Ben COOK in Chicago. She was buried at Hot Springs.

Survived by two brothers, Lee EVANS, Coquille, Ore., and Rawley EVANS, Loleta, Calif. Preceded in death by seven brothers and sisters.
