Obit. Elizabeth FISHEL, nee TEETER, born Bedford Co., Penn. Feb. 20, 1844, and died at her home in Batavia, Iowa, Mar. 5, 1919, age 75 y. 15 d.

She was a daughter of John B. and Sarah TEETER, and the eldest child in a family of 10 children. Came to Iowa with her parents in 1850 and settled in Jefferson County near Libertyville; married Martin L. FISHEL Feb. 4, 1864. Husband died Dec. 29, 1903.

Five children, three sons and two daughters: Elmer L. of Bloomfield; David M. of Libertyville, and Frank E., Sadie M. and Gertie HENDERSON of Batavia, who are left to mourn, with four brothers and three sisters: Frank, Dave, Sadie, and Emma TEETER of Los Angeles, Calif.; William of Long Beach, Calif.; Reuben of Tacoma, Wash., and Margaret ELLMAKER of Berkley, Calif., John and Ella preceding her in death.

She also leaves 13 grandchildren. Mrs. FISHEL had been a resident of Batavia for 29 years. Member Church of the Brethren. Bur. Brethren Cem. s.e. of Batavia.
