BATAVIA. Last Thursday John BROWN, an old and highly respected citizen living about two miles from Batavia, met with an accident which caused his death on the day following. At the time of the accident he was engaged in hauling rails, and while crossing Honey Creek with a load, the rails on top turned with him, throwing him over backward, falling on his head and left shoulder....
