Funeral services for Charles W. Messer, Rochford, Illinois, are being held in the Rockridge Baptist church this Thursday afternoon. Rev. J.A. Cochran is conducting the services with burial in the local cemetery.

The deceased was born July 8, 1882, a son of Jobe and Susan Messer. Surviving are the widow and two sons, Forest H. and Barnford H. Reason Messer was a brother.
