LOCKRIDGE, Apr. 25, John P. PETERSON died at his home east of here Thursday of consumption.

Funeral took place Sunday at the Swedish church about two miles south of here, Rev. Benson, of Four Corners, conducting the services.

Chas. PETERSON of Moulton, and Frank PETERSON of Fort Madison, were present. The remains were interred in the Swedish cemetery.
