RONALD JAQUIS (sic) DIED YESTERDAY
Passed Away After An Illness Of But a Few Days

Ronald, the little two year old son of Mr. and Mrs. Charles H. JAQUES who live on West Kirkwood street, passed away at one oclock yesterday afternoon following an illness of but a few days. The nature of the child's illness, which resulted in spasms, has not definitely been learned. It was taken ill a few days ago and medical aid summoned. Its condition, however, rapidly grew more serious and death came early yesterday.

Mr. JAQUES, who was in Camp Dodge, was notified of his son's condition and made trip home yesterday in an automobile, arriving a few hours after the child's death.

Ronald was born in Fairfield, May 28, 1920 (sic - June 8th), being at the time of his death two years two months and nineteen days of age. Besides his parents two small sisters survive him.

Funeral services will be held this afternoon at four oclock from the home with Rev. R. H. Gardiner officiating. Interment will be in Evergreen cemetery.
