*Transcribed for genealogy purposes; I have no relation to the person(s) mentioned.Note: There is an inscription for her on Thomas JAMES' stone in Evergreen Cemetery, Fairfield, on Lot SDof17-031, but according to her obituary she was buried in Peoria, IL. The cemetery caretaker has verified she is not buried in Evergreen.
According to records on Ancestry she was married four times: first to Nelson R. SAYER; second to Fisher Harris TENNEY; third to Nicholas HOFFMAN; and finally to Thomas L. JAMES. A delayed birth certificate for her gives a birthdate of Feb. 10, 1869. At the time of this posting, no death certificate was found online which would give a burial location for her.
