The body in company with his cousin, A. J. HAYES, of Chicago, will arrive in this city tonight at 11:30 over the Burlington railroad, instead of tomorrow afternoon as was announced yesterday. It will be taken to the Murray funeral home until tomorrow morning when the last services will be held from St. Mary's Catholic church at 8 oclock in charge of Rev. E. F. Gaule. Burial will be in the Evergreen cemetery.

Mr. HAYES was the son of James and Catherine HAYES and he was born and reared at Glendale. For some time he was a telegraph operator at that place. For a number of years he has made his home in Colorado. He and his sister are the last of a family of ten children.
