GAMBLE rites pending

Brice A. GAMBLE, 76, former Fairfield resident, died Monday at 8:30 p.m. at the Pleasant Valley Health Care Center in Muskogee, Okla.

Arrangements are pending at the Raymond Funeral Home in Fairfield.

GAMBLE was associated with the Louden Machinery Co. and its successors for nearly 30 years. He joined the firm in 1941, serving as advertising manager until his retirement in 1970.

GAMBLE was born April 26, 1903 in Knoxville, the son of Charles and Ethel HENDERSHOT GAMBLE. He was married to Harriett SLOSS Jan. 1, 1927 in Ames. She preceded him in death Oct. 9, 1977.

He was a graduate of Iowa State College and a member of the Elks Lodge. Surviving are one son, Peter GAMBLE, San Francisco, Calif., and one daughter, Linda BRINKER, Muskogee, Okla.

Also surviving are five grandchildren and one sister, Margaret PECK, San Jose, Calif. One sister is deceased.

Graveside services for Brice A. GAMBLE will be held Saturday at 11 a.m. in Evergreen Cemetery. The Rev. Carl Riggs will officiate.

TO ALL PERSONS INTERESTED IN THE ESTATE OF BRICE A. GAMBLE DECEASED.

YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED THAT ON THE 21ST DAY OF DECEMBER, 1979, THE LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF BRICE A. GAMBLE, DECEASED, BEARING DATE OF THE 22ND DAY OF AUGUST, 1972, 1972, (sic) WAS ADMITTED TO PROBATE IN THE ABOVE NAMED COURT AND THAT LINDA ANN BRINKER WAS APPOINTED EXECUTOR OF SAID ESTATE.

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN THAT ANY ACTION TO SET ASIDE SAID WILL MUST BE BROUGHT IN THE DISTRICT COURT OF SAID COUNTY WITHIN SIX MONTHS FROM THE DATE OF THE SECOND PUBLICATION OF THIS NOTICE, OR THEREAFTER BE FOREVER BARRED.
