DEATH TAKES MRS. C. FULTON

Mrs. Charles (sic - Chester) FULTON, 62, passed away Saturday morning, July 29, at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Donald HOWLAND, Formosa, Kan. She had been in failing health for a year and a half and seriously ill for the past few months.

Surviving are her husband, Chester FULTON, 405 W. Grimes; two sons, James of Seneca, Ill. and Lyle of Ottumwa; her daughter, Mrs. HOWLAND; three grandsons; and a sister, Miss Clara GRICE, La Jolla, Calif., who has cared for Mrs. FULTON at the HOWLAND home for the past two months.

The body will be brought to the Hoskins funeral home tomorrow. Arrangements for services are incomplete at this time.

Mrs. FULTON was the former Fannie GRICE and had lived most of her life in this community. She and Mr. FULTON operated the New Chicago Cafe for a number of years. They closed their home here in March of this year when Mrs. FULTON was taken to the home of her daughter. Mr. FULTON was there with her until he went recently to Seneca, Ill. where he was employed. He and Mr. and Mrs. James FULTON and sons came to Fairfield from Seneca yesterday.

Rites Wednesday For Mrs. Chester FULTON

Funeral services for Mrs. Chester FULTON will be held at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, August 2 from the Hoskins funeral home, in charge of Dr. E. A. Piper. Interment, in Evergreen cemetery. The body will arrive this afternoon from Formosa, Kansas, where Mrs. FULTON passed away on Saturday, July 29, at the home of her daughter.
