STOCKPORT -- Mrs. Guy W. FRY, 71, died about 6:30 p.m. Friday at the Jefferson County Hospital where she had been seriously ill the past three days.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday at 2 p.m. at the United Methodist Church in Stockport with the Rev. Dwight C. Bonham officiating. Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery.
The casket will be taken from the Weston Behner Funeral Home to the church about noon on the day of the services. The family suggests memorials to the Stockport United Methodist church.
Mrs. FRY was born Helen Ruth, the daughter of Robert and Sarah CRAWFORD McWHIRTER, March 10, 1899, in Jefferson County. She lived all her life in this community.
She was married Oct. 4, 1922, to Guy W. FRY who survives. The family farm is located eight miles southeast of Fairfield.
In addition to her husband, Mrs. FRY is survived by one son, Glen E. FRY, Soap Lake, Wash., and six grandchildren. She was preceded in death by two sons and two brothers.

In The Matter Of The Estate Of Henry R. FRY, Deceased.
To All Persons Interested In The Estate of Henry R. FRY Deceased:
You are hereby notified that on the 15th day of October, 1970, the last will and testament of Helen R. FRY deceased bearing date of the 22nd day of March, 1962, was admitted to probate in the above named court and that Guy W. FRY was appointed executor of said estate.
Notice is further given that any action to set aside said Will must be brought in the district court of said county within one year from the date of the second publication of this notice, or thereafter be forever barred.
Notice is further given that all persons indebted to said estate are requested to make immediate payment to the undersigned, and creditors having claims against said estate shall file them with the clerk of the above named district court, as provided by law, duly authenticated, for allowance; and unless so filed within six months from the second publication of this notice (unless otherwise allowed or paid) such claim shall thereafter be forever barred.
