DEATH CLAIMS NONAGENARIAN

Mrs. Warren FRY, long-time Jefferson county resident, died suddenly this morning at the home of her son, Guy FRY, nine miles southeast of Fairfield. The former Ella May STOUT, Mrs. FRY ahd been in failing health for a year. She was 91.

Funeral services will be held Monday at 1:30 p.m. at the Weston Behner Funeral home in charge of the Rev. Roger Swearingen of Stockport. Burial will be in Evergreen cemetery.

Mrs. FRY was born March 23, 1861 at Leon, the daughter of Ephriam and Angeline MILLER STOUT. Most of her life was spent in Cedar township area where she died. She was married to Warren (sic - Seth Warren) FRY Dec. 22, 1884, in Jefferson county. He preceded her in death Dec. 18, 1950.

Mrs. FRY was a member of the Ebenezer Christian church. She is survived by two sons, Chester FRY and Guy FRY, both of Jefferson county; four grandchildren; one brother, William STOUT, Birmingham, and one sister, Mrs. Adrian FRAME, Cody, Wyo.

One daughter, one brother and one sister preceded her in death.

ADMINISTRATOR'S NOTICE

Public Notice Is Hereby Given:

That the undersigned has this day been duly appointed and commissioned by the District Court of Jefferson County, in the State of Iowa, administrator of the estate of Ella M. FRY, Deceased.

All persons having claims against said estate are hereby notified to file them with the Clerk of said court, clearly stated and duly sworn to, and within legal time, preparatory to their being allowed or proved, and persons owing said estate are requested to make immediate payment to the undersigned and avoid costs.

Dated at Fairfield, Iowa, this 7th day of January, A. D. 1953.
