Funeral Services Will Be Held in Fairfield MondayMrs. Mary L. (sic - Mary F.) FREEMAN, 87, died at 7:10 o'clock this morning at her home, 601 East Lowe street, following an illness of seven months duration. She had been seriously ill for the past week.
Funeral services will be held at 2:30 o'clock Monday afternoon from the Hoskins Funeral Home in charge of Rev. S. P. Williamson of the First Christian church of which she was a faithful member. Burial in Evergreen cemetery.
Mrs. FREEMAN was born Sept. 4, 1846 in Illinois. She had resided in Jefferson county for thirty-two years and in Fairfield for the past twenty-five years. Her husband, James L. FREEMAN passed away in 1920.
She is survived by the following children: Mrs. Minnie PETERS of St. Joe, Ill.; Mrs. Lydia MORROW of Eldon, Mrs. Ira SAWVEL of Bloomfield, Lewis (sic - Louis) FREEMAN of Ottumwa and Ezra at home.
