Max Alan CLOKE

Max Alan CLOKE was born June 6, 1957, in Iowa City, IA, to Gary and Beverly (McKITTRICK) CLOKE. He lived in the Eldon, IA, area and graduated high school there in 1976. He married Cheryl NORDYKE and they had three children, and later divorced. Max moved to Tulsa, OK, and in 2000 married Sherry BETZ. He worked in construction, as a cabinet maker, and for Iowa Malleable Iron Co. He also liked to hunt, trap, and fish.

Max is survived by his wife Sherry; children, Tony CLOKE and Tiffany SLOAN; grandchildren, Allison, Lauren, and Carly SLOAN; brothers, Russel and Kevin CLOKE; and many extended family and friends.

He was preceded by his parents, Gary and Beverly; four brothers, George, Randy, Gary and Tony; and nephew Gary.

Max passed away in Oklahoma, on February 1, 2022. Visitation was held February 19th, 2022, in Eldon, IA.

Burial to be private, at a later date in Rominger Cemetery in Jefferson County, IA.
