MRS. ECKLUND (sic) PASSED AWAY
Early This Morning at Her Home Northwest of City; Funeral Wednesday

Mrs. Charles A. ECKLUND passed away this morning at 1:30 o'clock at her home, 1½ miles northwest of the city, after being in ill health for the past year.

The funeral services will be held Wednesday afternoon at 2 o'clock from the Lutheran church in charge of Rev. George G. Parker with burial in Evergreen cemetery.

Mary Louise ECKLUND was born Feb. 10, 1868 in Sweden. She came to this country 40 years ago and the family moved here from Mediapolis 15 years ago. She is survived by her husband and the following children: Elmer of Fairfield, Mrs. George EVERHART of Chicago, Miss Stella at home, Mrs. W. W. LEWIS, Jr., and Alvin of Fairfield. A son died 22 years ago. She also leaves three grandchildren, her mother, Mrs Caroline NICHOLSON in Sweden and the following brothers and sisters: Mrs. Oscar DANIELSON and Mrs. S. EDMARK of Chicago, Mrs. Arvid NELSON of Mediapolis, Anton JOHNSON of Olds and Oscar JOHNSON of Sweden.
