EDWARD DEALY PASSED AWAY AT HIS HOME TODAY

Edward DEALEY (sic), well known resident of Fairfield, passed away at his home this morning. Deceased was eighty years of age.

Mr. DEALEY (sic) has been in failing health for a year and has been bed fast for the past five months.

Edward DEALEY (sic) was born January 3rd, 1840 in Ohio. He is survived by two sons, Walter and Frank, both at home.

Funeral services will be held from the home tomorrow afternoon at one o'clock in charge of Rev. Louis Mendenhall. Interment will be made in Evergreen cemetery.

Note: Buried in Lot 1st.002. He shares a monument with his mother Christena. According to the 1880 census, he was married to a Lucinda (maiden name HOVERLAND, from another source), but when she died and where she may be buried isn't known at this posting.
