Mary E. CLARK, 91 (sic - 93), who lived on a rural route near Fairfield, passed away Sunday about 10 a.m. at Mt. Pleasant (note: in Henry Co., IA). Her death followed an illness of about two years.
Last rites will be Tuesday at 2 p.m. at the Hoskins funeral home with the Rev. S. P. Williamson in charge. Burial will be in Evergreen cemetery.
Mary E. CLARK was born Aug. 14, 1859, at Daire, Pa. She was the daughter of the late Harry and Elizabeth BOYER SEPTER.
In 1890 she was united in marriage at Mt. Pleasant, Ia., to Charles T. FREEMAN. Later, in 1928, she was united in marriage at Indianapolis to James CLARK. He passed away March 9, 1947 (sic - March 7, 1947).
She is survived by three daughters; Mrs. Maggie PAGE, Fairfield; Mrs. Jessie CORRIGAN, Los Angeles, Calif., and Mrs. Clifford JERREL, Fairfield.
She is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 34 great grandchildren and one brother, Charles SEPTER, Mt. Pleasant.
