OBITUARY

Joyce A. CLARK

PACKWOOD -- Joyce A. CLARK, 64, of Packwood, died at 5:40 a.m. today, Friday, Oct. 20, 1995, at Jefferson County Hospital.

Arrangements are pending at Raymond Funeral Home.

Joyce Ann QUACKENBUSH CLARK

PACKWOOD -- The service for Joyce Ann QUACKENBUSH CLARK, 64, of Packwood, who died at 5:40 a.m. Friday, Oct. 20, 1995, at Jefferson County Hospital in Fairfield, will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday at Packwood Christian Church, with the Rev. Harlan Van Voorst officiating. Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery at Fairfield. Family visitation will be from 7 to 8 tonight at Raymond Funeral Home in Fairfield. A memorial has been established to the family.

Mrs. CLARK was born Jan. 15, 1931, the daughter of Milo and Hazel Mae WOODSIDE QUACKENBUSH. A lifetime resident of Jefferson County, she graduated from Fairfield High School in 1949. She married Bruce CLARK (sic - James Bruce CLARK) the same year. She was a certified practical nurse at Nelson Nursing Home in Fairfield for several years.

She was a member of Packwood Christian Church and active in church work. Favorite pastimes were gardening and working with the nursing home residents.

Surviving are a son, Larry of Packwood, several nieces and nephews. Her parents, a sister, and two brothers, including Cecil QUACKENBUSH, and a grandson preceded her in death.
