Page uncertain, Column 7Mrs. E. O. CHESTER, wife of Mr. S. J. CHESTER, died in this city July 13th, 1878, in the 35th year of her age. Mrs. CHESTER's disease was consumption, and for some time she has been gradually but surely failing. In her last illness she was surrounded by kind and loving friends, who did all in their power to benefit her. She was a sincere christian and a member of the M. E. Church. Her affection and love as a wife and mother were touching and affecting, and her great regret was in leaving a dear husband and lovely children. The funeral services were held at the M. E. Church, Rev. A. G. Wilson officiating. A large concourse of friends followed her remains to the grave.-- In their deep affliction a kind husband and loving children have the sincere sympathy of many friends.-- She was a true wife and mother, and in the great beyond she is waiting to receive her loved ones.
