CAMPELL Rites Will Be Tuesday

Funeral services will be Tuesday for Homer L. "Doc" CAMPBELL, 61, semi-retired interior and exterior decorator.

The services will be held at 1:30 p.m. at the Raymond Funeral Home with the Rev. Dean Berg officiating. Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery.

CAMPBELL suffered a heart attack about 3:30 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 1, at his home, 1107 S. Fifth, and was pronounced dead on arrival at the Jefferson County Hospital.

Homer L. CAMPBELL was born Aug. 9, 1910, at Sapula (sic - Sapulpa), Okla., the son of Hiram and Mary PADGETT CAMPBELL. He was reared in the Allerton community.

His marriage to Peg PIXLEY took place Jan. 7, 1937, at Memphis, Mo. She survives.

Other survivors include one step-daughter, Mrs. William PRINCE, Mountain Home, Idaho; three step-grandchildren; one sister, Mrs. Paul CHAMPLIN, Los Angeles; and one brother, Paul CAMPBELL, Los Angeles.

He was preceded in death by his parents, six brothers and sisters.

NOTICE OF PROBATE OF WILL, OF APPOINTMENT OF EXECUTOR, AND NOTICE TO CREDITORS

In The District Court Of The State Of Iowa In And For Jefferson County

In The Matter Of The Estate Of Homer L. CAMPBELL, Deceased.

To All Persons Interested In The Estate Of Homer L. CAMPBELL Deceased:

You are hereby notified that on the 6th day of January, 1972, the Last Will and Testament of Homer L. CAMPBELL deceased bearing date of the 19th day of July, 1965, was admitted to probate in the above named Court and that Esther L. CAMPBELL was appointed executor of said estate.

Notice is further given that any action to set aside said Will must be brought in the District Court of said County within one year from the date of the second publication of his notice, or thereafter be forever barred.

Notice is further given that all persons indebted to said estate are requested to make immediate payment to the undersigned, and creditors having claims against said estate shall file them with the Clerk of the above named District Court, as provided by law, duly authenticated, for allowance; and unless so filed within six months from the second publication of this notice (unless otherwise allowed or paid) such claim shall thereafter be forever barred.
