Page 6, Column 5A dispatch to Mr. J. M. Whitham, received last night, states that Mrs. P. G. CAMBLIN died yesterday at Holdrege, Nebraska, and that the remains will arrive here Tuesday morning and services will be held at the Presbyterian church. The tolling of the bell will announce the hour.

The remains of Mrs. Elvira E CAMBLIN were brought to this city yesterday morning for interment, her death occurring at Holdrege, Neb., on the 4th inst Deceased was the widow of Peter L. G. CAMBLIN, a former well known resident of Cedar township who died in 1874 She had lived in Jefferson county about 35 years, removing to Holdrege, where three sons and two daughters reside, about a year ago. She ahd been ill for eight months past from a complication of diseases, death finally resuling from dropsy. Funeral services were held at the Presbyterian church in this city forenoon, conducted by Prof J. R. Wilson, and the remains were interred in the Evergreen cemetery. George W. and C. C. CAMBLIN and Mrs. S. A DRAVO, children of the deceased, accompanied the body hither. They desire to return their thanks to friends who performed so many kindly offices for them.
