Joan M. MITCHELL-BOYD (SIX), 87, formerly of Fairfield, died Aug. 22, 2020.

She was preceded in death by parents, Mildred and Everett SIX; husband, Raymond BOYD; former husband, Ervin MITCHELL; brother, James SIX; and nephew and nieces.

She is survived by children, Paula MITCHELL, Perry MITCHELL (Pam) and Patty MITCHELL; and grandchildren, Paul FREELEND, Michael FREELEND, Melissa FREELEND (Justin WITTE), Andy MITCHELL, Sean MITCHELL and Erin MITCHELL, Elizabeth STAYER, Patrick STAYER and Deontay NASH.

Funeral service: 1 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 25, Bellevue Memorial Chapel, Bellevue, Neb. Interment: Bellevue Cemetery. Honors: Nebraska Nurse Honor Guard
