BRADY dies

Clarency (sic) "Pat" BRADY, 509 South E. St., died about noon today at the Ottumwa Hospital (note: in Wapello Co., IA).

Arrangements are pending at the Raymond Funeral Home.

BRADY rites on Monday

Services for Clarence E. "Pat" BRADY, 82, 509 South E Street, will be Monday at 1:30 p.m. at the Raymond Funeral Home.

The Rev. Charles Kincaid will officiate and interment will be in Evergreen Cemetery. Visitation will be from 7 to 8 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.

BRADY, a native of Fairfield, died at noon Friday at the Ottumwa Hospital.

He was born Feb. 11, 1897, in Fairfield, the son of Patrick Joseph and Alice Isabel MILLHOUSE BRADY.

He was a graduate of Fairfield High School and attended Parsons College. He was employed at the former Leader Store on the east side of the square for many years before it closed. He was later employed at the coed Theater for 17 years, and was a member of the National Guard Bank in Fairfield for 30 years. He was a member of the First Christian Church.

Survivors include three sisters; Lucile BRADY with whom he made his home; Agnes ECKERMAN and Kathryn LEFFEL, both of Burlington.

He was preceded in death by two sisters and a brother.
