H. BRADING Rites Set

Harriet BRADING, 81, died at 4:30 p.m. Saturday, June 14, at the Nelson Nursing Home.

She had been in failing health the past three months and seriously ill the past five weeks. Her address was 61½ E. Broadway.

Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at the Raymond Funeral Home with the Rev. Ed Dorman officiating. Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery.

Harriet BRADING was born July 1, 1893, in Gardner, Ill., the daughter of John and Harriet CLEE YOUNG. She was reared and educated in Ottumwa.

She was married to Clayton BRADING who preceded her in death in 1957. Mrs. BRADING was baptized in the Christian Church and was a member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles Auxiliary.

She is survived by one half-sister, Mrs. Verle NELSON, Fairfield, and was preceded in death by two brothers, three sisters, one half-brother and a half-sister.

IN THE IOWA DISTRICT COURT OF THE STATE OF IOWA IN AND FOR JEFFERSON COUNTY

IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE OF HARRIET BRADING, DECEASED.

TO ALL PERSONS INTERESTED IN THE ESTATE OF HARRIET BRADING, DECEASED:

YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED THAT ON THE 27TH DAY OF JUNE, 1975, THE LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF HARRIET BRADING DECEASED BEARING DATE OF THE 10TH DAY OF NOVEMBER, 1971, WAS ADMITTED TO PROBATE IN THE ABOVE NAMED COURT AND THAT EVELYN E. NELSON AND VERLE NELSON WERE APPOINTED CO-EXECUTORS OF SAID ESTATE.

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN THAT ANY ACTION TO SET ASIDE SAID WILL MUST BE BROUGHT IN THE DISTRICT COURT OF SAID COUNTY WITHIN ONE YEAR FROM THE DATE OF THE SECOND PUBLICATION OF THIS NOTICE, OR THEREAFTER BE FOREVER BARRED.

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN THAT ALL PERSONS INDEBTED TO SAID ESTATE ARE REQUESTED TO MAKE IMMEDIATE PAYMENT TO THE UNDERSIGNED, AND CREDITORS HAVING CLAIMS AGAINST SAID ESTATE SHALL FILE THEM WITH THE CLERK OF THE ABOVE NAMED DISTRICT COURT, AS PROVIDED BY LAW, DULY AUTHENTICATED, FOR ALLOWANCE; AND UNLESS SO FILED WITHIN SIX MONTHS FROM THE SECOND PUBLICATION OF THIS NOTICE (UNLESS OTHERWISE ALLOWED OR PAID) SUCH CLAIM SHALL THEREAFTER BE FOREVER BARRED.
