DEATHS

CHESTER PAUL BRADFIELD

Chester Paul BRADFIELD, age 16 years, son of Mr. and Mrs. Frank J. BRADFIELD, residing three miles northwest of Birmingham, died yesterday afternoon at St. Joseph's hospital in Ottumwa (note: in Wapello Co., IA), where he was taken Sunday, and where he underwent an appendix operation.

The funeral services will be held tomorrow afternoon at 2 o'clock from the Hoskins funeral home and burial will be in Evergreen cemetery.

Chester Paul was born in Locust Grove township, Jefferson county, April 15, 1914, being 16 years and 21 days old. He resided on a farm in Liberty township with his parents, Frank J. and Lillian R. BRADFIELD, and attended the Birmingham high school, being a member of the Junior class. He is survived by the following brothers and sisters: Mrs. Joseph MOUNTAIN of Moline, Ill., Hilda of Ottumwa, Charles, Harold and Kathryn at home. He is a grandson of E. W. IRELAND.
