Mrs. BARKER, 73, Taken In Death

Mrs. Pearl N. BARKER, 73, 701 W. Grimes, died Wednesday at 7:15 p.m. at the Jefferson County hospital. She had been seriously ill since March.

Services will be held Friday at 2 p.m. at the Raymond Funeral home in charge of the Rev. Ned Gillum. Burial will be in Evergreen cemetery.

Mrs. BARKER had been a resident of Fairfield for 60 years. She was a retired employe of the Fairfield Glove Co.

Mrs. BARKER was born April 15, 1891 in Blackhawk township, the daughter of John O. and Martha GREESON NELSON. She was married to Harry BARKER May 15, 1909.

She is survived by two sisters, Mrs. Hattie SHAFER and Mrs. Lucy MILES, both of Fairfield.
