Mary Iva BAILEY, 79, died unexpectedly Tuesday at 10:45 a.m. at her Oakland Mills home.
Funeral services will be held Friday at 2:00 p.m. at the Raymond Funeral Home with the Rev. Donald Hickman officiating. Interment will be in Evergreen Cemetery.
The family will receive friends Thursday evening from 7:00 to 8:00 at the funeral home.
Mrs. BAILEY was born February 6, 1900 in Missouri, the daughter of Samuel and Eliza MONTGOMERY. She lived in Missouri until she was 8 years old when the family moved to Ottumwa.
She married David McKinley BAILEY on March 26, 1919 in Ottumwa. They lived in Fairfield their entire married life. He preceded her in death on November 10, 1967. Besides her husband, Mrs. BAILEY was preceded in death by one son, four brothers and three sisters. She attended the Foursquare Church.
She is survived by one daughter, Elizabeth WINTERS, Mount Pleasant; one son, Richard BAILEY, Prescott Valley, Ariz., 11 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren and one brother, Eugene MONTGOMERY, Wisconsin.

NOTICE OF PROBATE OF WILL, OF APPOINTMENT OF EXECUTOR, AND NOTICE TO CREDITORS
IN THE IOWA DISTRICT COURT IN JEFFERSON COUNTY
IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE OF MARY IVA BAILEY, DECEASED.
TO ALL PERSONS INTERESTED IN THE ESTATE OF MARY IVA BAILEY, DECEASED:
YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED THAT ON THE 31ST DAY OF AUGUST, 1979, THE LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF MARY IVA BAILEY, DECEASED BEARING DATE OF THE 1ST DAY OF DECEMBER, 1975, WAS ADMITTED TO PROBATE IN THE ABOVE NAMED COURT AND THAT ELIZABETH WINTERS WAS APPOINTED EXECUTOR OF SAID ESTATE.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN THAT ANY ACTION TO SET ASIDE SAID WILL MUST BE BROUGHT IN THE DISTRICT COURT OF SAID COUNTY WITHIN SIX MONTHS FROM THE DATE OF THE SECOND PUBLICATION OF HIS NOTICE, OR THEREAFTER BE FOREVER BARRED.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN THAT ALL PERSONS INDEBTED TO SAID ESTATE ARE REQUESTED TO MAKE IMMEDIATE PAYMENT TO THE UNDERSIGNED, AND CREDITORS HAVING CLAIMS AGAINST SAID ESTATE SHALL FILE THEM WITH THE CLERK OF THE ABOVE NAMED DISTRICT COURT, AS PROVIDED BY LAW, DULY AUTHENTICATED, FOR ALLOWANCE; AND UNLESS SO FILED WITHIN SIX MONTHS FROM THE SECOND PUBLICATION OF THIS NOTICE (UNLESS OTHERWISE ALLOWED OR PAID) SUCH CLAIM SHALL THEREAFTER BE FOREVER BARRED.
