Death Comes To Mrs. ANDREWS

Word has been received here of the death of Mrs. William ANDREWS, Kansas City, sister of the late Walter and Roy LOUDEN of this community. She passed away at her home after a brief illness.

Mr. and Mrs. John LOUDEN, 52 N. Park; Mrs. Roy LOUDEN, 300½ W. Washington; and Mrs. Eugene McCoid, Mt. Pleasant, drove to Kansas City last Friday to attend the last rites and burial there on Saturday.

Effie LOUDEN ANDREWS, daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Thomas LOUDEN, was a former resident of Fairfield and is remembered by many of her friends here. She had visited in Fairfield about a month ago.

Mrs. ANDREWS had made her home in Kansas City for the past several years.

Note: It appears from her obituary that she is buried in Kansas City, MO, not Fairfield, IA; however, on Lot 3rd.146 in Evergreen Cemetery there is an individual gravestone for Effie - perhaps this is a cenotaph.
