ANDREW ANDERSON PASSED AWAY HERE EARLY THIS MORNING

Andrew ANDERSON passed away at seven o'clock this morning at his home on West Kirkwood street. Mr. ANDERSON has been in poor health for the last two years but was only seriously ill since last Sunday.

Funeral services will fe (sic) held Monday at one o'clock from the residence, conducted by Rev. H. A. Anspach. Interment will be made in Evergreen cemetery.

Mr. ANDERSON was born in Sweden October 14, 1848 (sic - 1847 on his gravestone). He has made his home in Fairfield for many years. He is survived by his wife and five children: Abner L., Harlan and Otis ANDERSON, all of this city, Mrs. Asna SHAW of Pontiac, Mich., and Mrs. Esther TRAIL of near this city.

CARD OF THANKS

To the many friends and neighbors who so kindly assisted us during the late illness and sad bereavement in the loss of our dear wife and mother (sic - husband and father), we wish to express our sincere thanks and appreciation. We wish to thank them for the many beautiful offerings. Especially do we wish to thank Rev. R. H. Polly and Rev. H. A. Anspach for their consoling words spoken at home and at the grave.
