Out Of Town Relatives From Away Attend Last Rites

A number of out of town relatives were in attendance at the funeral of Mrs. J. F. AHLIN of Denver, Colo., held here Saturday at the Murray Funeral Home. Burial was in Evergreen cemetery. Misses Margaret of Boulder and Constance of Denver who accompanied the body of their mother to Fairfield, and another daughter, Miss Esther AHLIN of Brighton are remaining for a few days visit in the Dr. J. S. GAUMER and Mrs. O. R. COREY homes. Mrs. GAUMER and Mrs. COREY were sisters-in-law of Mrs. AHLIN.

Others here for the last rites included Mr. and Mrs. Carl SWANSON of Ogden, and Mrs. Hilma AHLIN and the Rev. Reuben Sprong of Boone.

Note: Hannah's maiden name was SWANSON, and she was born about March 12, 1878. Swedish American Church Records, 1800-1947, note that her age at death was 64 years, 9 months and 4 days. She died on December 16, 1942 in Greeley, CO. Hannah was the second wife of Rev. John F. AHLIN, married in 1909. She is buried in Lot 1st.013.
