E. M. METZGER DIES FRIDAY
Funeral Services To Be Held On Monday Afternoon, 2 O'Clock

Emmanuel M. METZGER 74, died at the Jefferson county hospital at 7:12 last evening following a stroke from which he was unable to rally.

Funeral services will be held Monday at 2 p.m. at Weston Behner Funeral Home in charge of Rev. G. F. Tackett.

Mr. METZGER was born in the state of Indiana on March 10, 1873, and had been a resident of this county for the past 45 years He was preceded in death nine years ago by his wife, Alma G. METZGER (sic - in 1927).

Surviving are three sons, Ralph METZGER of Fairfield, Paul METZGER of Los Angeles, Calif., and Fred METZGER of Honolulu, Hawaii.
