After an illness of several months Clifford ALLENDER only son of Mr. and Mrs. William ALLENDER, passed away at 12:30 o'clock last night at the home of his parents north of the city.
Clifford ALLENDER was born in Jefferson county April 6, 1900, and has spent all his life here. Besides his parents he leaves three sisters Ethel, Edna and Mildred to mourn his death.
The funeral will be held Friday afternoon at two o'clock at the the (sic) home and burial will be in the Richwoods cemetery.

Clifford ALLENDER, the only son of Mr. and Mrs. William ALLENDER who reside on a farm north-east of the city, passed away early Wednesday morning at the home of his parents.
The deceased was born in this county April 6, 1900 and has lived here all his life. He is survived by his parents and three sisters, Ethel, Edna and Mildred.
The funeral services will be held from the home at 2:00 this after noon and interment will be made in the Richwoods cemetery.

... Sad news has again come to Salina in the death of Clifford ALLENDER, son of Mr. and Mrs. William ALLENDER. The young man has been ill for some time and although everything possible was done for his relief nothing could save him. The sympathy of the entire community is extended to the parents and sisters.
