DEATH FROM APOPLEXY. We are informed of the particulars of the death of Mr. Adam Case by a stroke of apoplexy. He was at the house of Mr. H. W. Lewis on Tuesday, Dec. 10th, when he was stricken.....It was deemed unsafe to move him to his own home.....Friday morning about 4 ˝ o’clock, he breathed his last.

Mr. Case was born May 18, 1812, in Hunterdon County, New Jersey. From there he emigrated to Ohio, and in 1854 he moved with is family to Iowa, locating in Fairfield. He leaves a wife and several children, two of them of tender age. M. E. Church. Funeral Sunday from Harmony Church.
