Cindia Maria RIOS, 48, of Mt. Pleasant and formerly of Fairfield passed away on Wednesday, May 8, 2019, at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics (note: in Iowa City, Johnson Co., IA).

Cindia was born on July 26, 1970, in Pasadena, Texas, the daughter of Santiago and Maria REYNA ROCHA. She is survived by her children, Jessica McKENRICK of Temple, Texas and Jessie RIOS of Fairfield, Iowa; one granddaughter Ophelia McKENRICK, her mother Marie ROCHA of Baytown, Texas, and four sisters, Cecilia MENDOZA of Dallas, Texas, Merce SALDANA of Baytown, Texas, Christina ROCHA of Crosby, Texas, and Maria ROCHA of Houston, Texas.

She was preceded in death by her father.

Cremation has been entrusted to the Murphy Funeral Home of Mt. Pleasant. No services will be held at this time.
