BILL LEE CARTER
Morrison, TN

Bill Lee CARTER, age 65, a Morrison, TN resident and Fairfield, IA native was born August 20, 1953 and passed away April 7, 2019 at his residence following an extended illness.

Mr. CARTER was a retired officer with the Fairfield Police Department in Iowa and son of the late William Richard and Betty Eileen HARPER CARTER. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by siblings, Ron COOK and Bruce Robert HANEY.

He was married June 10, 1978 to Cindy GARRISON CARTER who survives. In addition to his wife, he is survived by two sons, Nick CARTER and Brandon CARTER both of Morrison; and several nieces and nephews.

Bill's close friend Art Greenig III was a huge support for him and always lifted his spirits. Bill loved spending time with his family and rescued fur babies. He fought a brave battle and was at home with his wife and sons when he earned his angel wings. He will be deeply missed by his family and many friends. Condolences can be sent to the home.
