Page 2, col. 1.Mrs. Callie N. Knight died last evening at the home of her daughter, Mary Lewis, 204 S. 4th St., aged 69-6-19. Born in Zanesville, Ohio Oct. 16 1851. Resident of Fairfield since 27 (?) years of age. Survived by two daughter, Mrs. Mary Lewis of this city, and Mrs. Virgil Howard, Manitoba, Canada, and two sons, Willis J. of Rock Island, Ill., and J. H. Knight of Chicago. Her husband preceded her in death a number of years ago. M.E. Ch.

Thursday, May 20, 1920 - Page 2MRS. CALLIE KNIGHT DIED AT HER HOME HERE LAST EVENING
Mrs. Callie KNIGHT died last evening at nine o'clock at the home of her daughter, Mary LEWIS, 204 South Fourth street. She had been in failing health for some time. She was aged sixty-nine years, 6 months and 19 days.
Funeral arrangements have not been completed, pending word from relatives from a distance. Mrs. KNIGHT was born in Zanesville, Ohio, Oct. 16, 1851. She has been a resident of Fairfield since twenty-seven years of age.
She is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Mary LEWIS, of this city, Mrs. Virgil HOWARD, Manatoba (sic - Manitoba), Canada, and two sons, Willis J. of Rock Island, Ill., and J.H. KNIGHT of Chicago. Her husband preceded her in death a number of years ago. She was a member of the First M.E. church of Fairfield.

Admin. note: Callie's husband, per the 1885 Iowa Census in Pottawattamie County, IA, was Henry KNIGHT. Callie is buried in Old Fairfield City Cemetery, Fairfield, IA, with no gravestone. Her maiden name was MOUNT.
