Rites for R. PEARSON

Ruth E. PEARSON, 61, 603 E. Burlington, died at 12:45 a.m., today at Jefferson County Hospital after an illness of eight days.

The service will be Monday at 2 p.m., at Behner Funeral Home with the Rev. Wayne Bartruff officiating. Interment will be at Fell Cemetery near Libertyville. Visitation is at the will be at Fell Cemetery near Libertyville (sic). Visitation is at the funeral home from 7:30 to 8:30 p.m., Sunday.

Miss PEARSON was born Feb. 28, 1916 in Des Moines, N.M., the daughter of Samuel and Margaret BEALE PEARSON. She came with her parents to Libertyville when she was six weeks old. She had lived the remainder of her life in the Fairfield and Libertyville communities.

She worked for Universal Producing Co., for 17 years. She was a member of the First United Methodist Church.

She is survived by one sister and one brother, Enid HAWTHORNE of Osage, Iowa and Wilbur F. PEARSON of Orlando, Fla. She was preceded in death by one brother.
