Dale A. DAVISON

Dale A. DAVISON, 81, 707 N. Main St., died as a result of pneumothorax at 12:15 a.m. Tuesday, Nov. 21, 1989, at University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics in Iowa City (note: in Johnson Co., IA).

The service will be at 10:30 a.m. Friday at Behner Funeral Home. Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery. Friends may call at their convenience at the funeral home starting Wednesday noon.

DAVISON was born Sept. 19, 1908, near Brighton, the son of William and Ella STONE DAVISON. He married Edith F. KELLEY Oct. 20, 1933, in Fairfield. She died April 4, 1975. He worked at Dexter Company for 30 years, retiring in 1973. He had worked in the research and development lab. A resident of Fairfield most of his life, he was a member of the Eagles Lodge (sic - Aerie/Club).

Surviving are a daughter, Donna COOP of Fairfield; five grandchildren and a sister, Neva NELSON of Fairfield.
