DIED—On the 6th of July, after a somewhat protracted illness, our fellow citizen, ELI WIGGINS, of Black Hawk township, Jefferson County, Iowa, departed this life. He leaves a widow and a large family of sons and daughters, mostly grown up, to mourn his loss.
