Jody Don GEARY, age 50 of Libertyville passed away, Sunday, October 8, 2017, at his home.
There will be a private family service held and following the service he will be cremated.

Jody was born December 22, 1966, to Roy and Gloria (RAMSEY) GEARY. He married Lori Jean CASEY June 20 2005, in Angleton, TX.
Jody worked for Bovard Studios for 13 years and last at Agri Plastics. He liked to do various carfts and especially collecting sock monkey's (sic). Jody was a NASCAR fan and enjoyed going to the Bass Pro Shop. What was most important to Jody was spending time with his grandson, nieces, nephews, family and friends.
Left to share Jody's memory is his wife, Lori GEARY of Des Moines, IA; two sons, Brandon RUSHMAN of Libertyville, IA and Christopher CASEY of Ottumwa, IA; one grandson, Revan RUSHMAN "Lil Buddy"; his parents, Roy and Gloria GEARY of Spring Hill, Florida; 6 siblings, Pam (Mike) FLINTON of Towson, MD, Lori GEARY of Libertyville, IA, Tammy (Rob) NELSON of Lockridge, IA, Roy (Meg) GEARY of Naples, Italy, Tony (Sadie) GEARY of West Des Moines, IA and Heath (Kalyn) GEARY of Keosauqua, IA.
He was preceded in death by his son, Zachary CASEY; one nephew, Jacob NELSON; great nephew, Dallas AMBURN; and his maternal and paternal grandparents.
