Margaret Joan TEDROW, 80, of Fairfield died Sunday, March 12, 2017, at Keosauqua Health Care Center in Keosauqua (note: in Van Buren Co., IA).

Funeral arrangements are pending at Raymond Funeral Home in Fairfield.

Margaret Joan TEDROW

Margaret Joan TEDROW, age 80 of Fairfield died Sunday March 12, 2017 at Keosauqua Health Care Center.

She was born December 9, 1936 at Batavia, the daughter of Ernest and Helen CLARK TEETER. She grew up in Packwood and lived he (sic) entire life in Jefferson County.

She graduated from Packwood High School and received her nursing training at St. Joseph's School of Nursing at Ottumwa.

Joan worked for 41 years as an RN at the Jefferson County Hospital, where she served as Director of Nurse for 15 years.

She was a member of the First United Methodist Church and the Heritage Club.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her sister Frances IRELAND and 1 nephew.

Surviving are her son Jeff (Debbie RANDOPLH) TEDROW of Keosauqua, 1 grandson Travis TEDROW and 2 brothers Elmer TEETER of Fairfield and Bernard (Susan) TEETER of Henderson, Kentucky.

A memorial service will be at 1:00 P.M. Friday at the Raymond Funeral Home in Fairfield with Pastor Danny Cary officiating.

Visitation will be 5:00 until 7:00 P.M. Thursday at the Raymond Funeral Home.

Interment will be in Memorial Lawn Cemetery in Fairfield.

Memorials may be made H.C.I. Hospice or to the charity of the donor's choice.

Arrangements are in the care of the Raymond Funeral Home in Fairfield.
