Nicole L. 'Nicky' GOEHRING

Nicole L. "Nicky" GOEHRING age 75, of Fairfield, passed away Saturday, February 25, 2017 at Jefferson County Health Center.

Visitation for family and friends will be from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm, Wednesday, March 1, 2017 at Behner Funeral Home.

Funeral services will be 10:30 am, Thursday, March 2, 2017 at Faith United Methodist Church in Libertyville with Pastor Larry Allen officiating. Burial will be at Fell Cemetery.

Memorials can be made to Faith United Methodist Church, Fell Cemetery Association, or Fairfield Women's Club.

Nicole L. GOEHRING was born February 22, 1942 to Raymond F. and Clara I. (SIX) DAUB. She married Larry K. GOEHRING on February 25, 1962 at the First Christian Church in Fairfield. Larry passed away July 15, 2011.

Nicky graduated from Fairfield High School class of 1960, she was a life resident of Fairfield. Nicky was a Farmer's wife, care giver, and former employee of Jefferson County Hospital. She was a member of pork producers, she enjoyed flower gardening, traveling, antiquing, and most enjoyed spending time with family and friends.

Nicky is survived by son, Michael (Jeanette) GOEHRING of Douds, IA; daughter, Kathy (Craig) EKLUND of Libertyville, IA; 4 grandchildren, Dustin (Jessica) GOEHRING, Sara (Adam) KARNOWSKI, Cody GOEHRING and Brad (Laura) GOEHRING; 7 great grandchildren; one brother, Andy DAUB of Oklahoma; two sisters, Jean LETTS of Fairfield, IA and Mary FREYENBERGER of Wayland, IA.

Nicky was preceded by her parents, Raymond and Clara DAUB; her husband, Larry GOEHRING; son, Larry T. GOEHRING; and granddaughter, Darby GILBERT.
