Death Takes Rev. DICKINSON

PLEASANT PLAIN - The Rev. Willard DICKINSON, former resident of the Pleasant Plain area, died May 10 at Canon City, Colo.

He was the son of George and Carrie DAVIS DICKINSON and was a graduate of Pleasant Plain High School and Parsons College.

For a number of years he and Mrs. DICKINSON served as pastors of Baptist churches in Kansas and Nebraska before retiring to Canon City.

Survivors include his widow; one daughter and four grandchildren; a brother, Leonard DICKINSON, Tempe, Ariz.; and a sister, Mrs. William HOSKINS, Scottsdale, Ariz.

Rev. DICKINSON was preceded in death by his parents and one sister.
