Delores NASH, 77, of Wentzville, Missouri, and formerly of Brighton, died Sunday, May 22, 2016, in Wentzville.

Arrangements are pending at Gould Funeral Home.

Delores 'Dode' NASH

Dolores (sic - correct spelling) "Dode" NASH, 77, of Wentzville, Missouri, and formerly of Brighton, died Sunday, May 22, 2016, at Parklane Care and Rehabilitation Center in Wentzville.

A funeral Mass will be held at 10:30 a.m. Thursday at St. Joseph Catholic Church in East Pleasant Plain, wth the Rev. Robert Striegel officiating. Burial will be in St. Joseph Cemetery.

Prayers for a Christian wake will be at 6 p.m. Wednesday at the church, followed by visitation until 7:30 p.m.

Memorials for St. Joseph Cemetery Association can be left at the church or mailed to Gould Funeral Home, PO Box 149, Brighton 52540.

Mrs. NASH was born March 13, 1939, in rural Washington County, the daughter of Austin "Pard" and Olive STALDER EMRY. She married Richard S. NASH Oct. 18, 1957, in East Pleasant Plain.

Mrs. NASH grew up in rural Brighton and attended Walnut Country School. She graduated from Brighton High School in 1957.

After marriage, she lived in Minnesota and Missouri, worked as a telephone operator for several years and was a housewife.

Mr. NASH (sic) was a member of St. Patrick's Catholic Church in Wentzville, the Wentzville American Legion Auxiliary and was an avid St. Louis Cardinals fan.

Survivors include: her husband Richard; two daughters, Debbie NASH of Wentzville and Diane ANSELM and husband Richard, also of Wentzville; two grandsons; two stepgrandchildren; and four step-great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by: her parents; and two brothers, Fred and Jim EMRY.
