Funeral services for W. Fred STALLMAN will be Friday at 2 p.m. at the Weston Behner Funeral Home with the Rev. Wayne Bartruff officiating. Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery.
STALLMAN died Tuesday in a Nursing Home at Plant City, Fla., where he had been ill for the past six weeks. He and Mrs. STALLMAN had made their home the past ten years at Brandon, Fla.
W. Fred STALLMAN, 88, was born Sept. 26, 1885, in Jefferson County, the son of William A. and Jane HOAGLAND STALLMAN.
He was married Aug. 13, 1922 to Una DANFORTH. he was a member of the United Methodist Church, he had farmed for 12 years near Osage, and had spent 30 years in the oil business at Fairfield before his retirement and moving to Florida.
Mr. and Mrs. STALLMAN celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary in 1972.
Survivors include his widow; one daughter, Mrs. Ruth GUYER, Twin Falls, Idaho; two grandchildren and a number of nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by three brothers and a daughter.
