Philip Thomas SCHLARBAUM

Phillip (sic) Thomas SCHLARBAUM, 80, of Ottumwa and formerly of Fairfield, died at 8:38 a.m. Monday, June 2, 2014, at Ottumwa Regional Health Center.

The body has been cremated and no services are planned. Private inurnment will be in Shrine of Memories Mausoleum in Ottumwa (note: in Wapello Co., IA).

Memorials may be made to the Fairfield Public Library.

Reece Funeral Home in Ottumwa is handling arrangements.
