Jacob KESSEL Died At His Home Today In Pleasant Plain

Jacob KESSELL (sp), 79, passed away at 12:15 p.m. today at his home in Pleasant Plain. He had been in failing health for several years and seriously ill the past six weeks.

He is survived by his wife, Mary, who is in failing health, and three sons and one daughter.

One brother, Joseph KESSELL (sp) and a sister, Mrs. Bertha TROXEL, both of Fairfield, also survive. Funeral arrangements have not as yet been made.

KESSEL Funeral At East Pleasant Plain Thursday Morning

Funeral services for Jacob KESSEL, who passed away yesterday afternoon at his home in Pleasant Plain, will be held Thursday morning at 9:30 a.m. at the St. Joseph's church in East Pleasant Plain.

Mr. KESSEL, who was 79 years of age is survived by his wife, Mary who is an invalid, and one daughter Mrs. Florence KING, Wilton Junction; and three sons, Raymond of Pleasant Plain, Leonard of Ollie and Anthony of Davenport.

On brother, Joseph KESSEL and a sister, Mrs. Bertha TROXEL both of Fairfield, also survive.
