Mrs. ROULES' Brother Dies

Mrs. Sadie ROULES, 401 E. Hempstead, has returned to her home after attending funeral services for her brother at Fort Scott, Kan.

The services for her brother, George Washington ANTHONY, were held at the Konatz Funeral Home at Fort Scott and burial was in the National Cemetery there.

George W. ANTHONY, 76, was born Feb. 21, 1897, at Fort Scott, the son of George Washington and Sarah E. STILES ANTHONY. He had been a farmer and cattle raiser until his health forced him to retire five months ago. He had never married.

He is survived by one brother and three sisters, Frank ANTHONY and Dada COULAS, both of Fort Scott; Bessie MENGAS, Salt Lake City, Utah; and Mrs. ROULES, Fairfield.

ANTHONY was a 46-year member of the Eldora Lodge of Masons, the American Legion and the Harding Methodist Church.
