Milford WONDERLICH

Milford WONDERLICH, 87, of Ollie, died Saturday, Feb. 22, 2014, at Keokuk County Health Center in Sigourney.

A funeral is at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at Ollie Baptist Church, with the Rev. Frosty Van Voorst and the Rev. Carla Nelson officiating. Burial will be in Ollie Cemetery northwest of Ollie (note: in Keokuk County, IA). Graveside military rites will be given by members of the Richland American Legion Post No. 504.

Visitation begins at noon Monday at Fremont Funeral Chapel in Fremont, with family present from 4-7 p.m.

Memorials may be made to Ollie Baptist Church or Bill and Jan Kilgore at Mission Aviation Fellowship.

Survivors include two sons, Dennis WONDERLICH of Ollie, and Randy WONDERLICH and his spouse Debbie of Des Moines; two daughters, Janis SCIARROTTA and spouse Salvatore of Wichita, Kan., and Karen POMEROY and spouse Mark of Lincoln, Neb.; one brother, Jacob "Lee" WONDERLICH of Centerville; one sister, Marilyn GOTT of Marion; six grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.

Mr. WONDERLICH was preceded in death by his wife, Betty Lou WONDERLICH, Aug. 9, 2011; his parents; and two brothers, Charles and Robert WONDERLICH.
